What skills are developed within a room escape?
There are 7 aspects that we are going to develop by participating in an escape game.
Logic
One of the most popularly attributed benefits of room escape (as well as a "requirement") is the use of logic. And so it is. Mathematical skills are generally enhanced. for this is rarely the case (we do not know of any) in that an escape room does not have logic or purely mathematical puzzles. Practice will help you to solve problems sooner and sooner, especially by strengthening your logic to the same extent as if you were playing a specific game for this purpose.
Social skills
Undeniably, the escape rooms are designed to be solved in company, being considered, in fact, as an excellent resource for developing teamwork.
Communication, the sharing of tasks, the pooling of ideas, rapport, cooperation, empathy... All this is present in our activities.
Attention
Attention is sharpened at different times.
- On the one hand, we have a tense situation during the welcome, when we are on alert for to go deep into history and not to miss any detailThe level of attention is maximum and, moreover, practically involuntary, it is born automatically as a mechanism.
- On the other hand, we will always have to be on the lookout, maintaining our attention once we start interacting with the elementsinside the room. Knowing where everything we have seen is, understanding and remembering how some devices or enigmas work...

Self-esteem
The adrenalin rush for the novelty, the mystery and tension, and the dopamines released will strengthen your self-esteem, as you will be filled with incredible sensations that are really positive for your self-concept.
Primary Sensory System
In general, the primary senses become more acute, especially the sight and hearing.
Cognitive capacities
The concentration, critical ability and rational thinking are very present during the game. You will have to make quick but considered decisionsworking under pressure, having patience...
Motor development
Ultimately we have motor development. This is only in a very small way compared to the other aspects we have mentioned, but it is there.
To a greater or lesser extent (this will depend very much on the theme of the room, its size and the type of tracks to be worked on).you are going to work on coordination. Although this is done on a large scale on a mental level, looking for the right organisation, order, teamwork and the search for clues itself, which is less obvious, will mean that you will have to develop your coordination and even balance.
