Teams can be very diverse: friends, couples, family members, co-workers.....
Depending on the selected game the number of participants varies. If you go to our different games you can see information about them and there you will find more details about the number of participants.
There is no maximum age limit. But for groups of children, they must be from 10-11 years old and we ask that at least one of the participants in the group is of legal age, due to the complexity of the problems and enigmas.
You will have up to 60 minutes to complete your objective. You will be asked to be there 10 minutes before the game so that we can introduce you to the game. Once the game is over, we will take a team photo and you will be able to stay and analyse the experience.
The experience has a fixed duration, and after your group, another group may have reserved the room. It is very important that you respect the timetable so as not to disturb the others.
We will give you up to 15 minutes of courtesy, after that time you may not be able to play and you will lose your reservation.
Regardless of the reason, any player may leave the room at any time they wish, and once the problem is resolved, they may re-enter the playing area if they wish. Their teammates will continue with the adventure.
If they are indisposed, another person must accompany them.
Physical strength is not necessary, quite the contrary. You won't find clues by lifting heavy objects or moving anything that requires effort.
All you need is wit, skill and a little imagination.
Our games do not have a horror theme, so you will not have any shocks during the game. If any of the players get overwhelmed for whatever reason, they can leave the room at any time. You will be supervised at all times by a game master who is in charge of making sure that everything runs smoothly.
It is a team and cooperative game, so a single person could not play it.
But if you want, we can help you. Contact us and we will write down your details and availability. Many people are in the same situation and between all of you you can form different teams.
Everything you need for the activity can be found in the game room. It is not allowed to play with mobile phones.

No special clothing is required and you won't have to take any stress test or anything like that. So you can come as you like. The recommendation is that you wear something you are comfortable in.
Although our games are not based on the language (some occasional tests) we have adaptations in Spanish and English. You must let us know in advance, when you make the reservation, so that we have everything ready.
We also offer the possibility of using communication systems adapted for sign language.
If something unforeseen happens and you can't come on the day you have booked, we give you the possibility to change the date as long as you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, we give a maximum of 2 months to find a new date.
As we are not able to guarantee that a room will be available. Normally we operate through on-line bookings.

The difficulty will depend on the room chosen for the game and at all times a game master will supervise and guide you through the game.

We have two different gift alternatives, "gift voucher" and "gift box". With our "gift voucher" you will be given a code that can be redeemed on our website.
If you want something a little more original, we recommend the "gift box", in this case, the code will be inside a mysterious box and the recipient will have to open the box first to be able to access their gift voucher.
You will have 6 months to redeem your gift voucher once you have purchased it.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed through our website. All you have to do is make a conventional booking and indicate when you are asked that you have a gift voucher. In this case you will enter the code of your gift voucher as a payment method.
As long as you respect the minimum number of players in each room, you will be able to play. As the positions are not nominal, a substitute can take your place.
