Terms and Conditions

• By accepting the booking, I confirm the veracity of the data indicated and as the person of legal age, responsible for the group, I confirm that in the event that there are any minors, I have the verbal or written authorisation of the father/mother/legal guardian of each of the participants so that they can carry out the activities described in the booking. I also authorise the group to take general photographs at the end of the activity, which will be used to record and share the experience.

• By accepting the booking I commit myself to follow the rules of the game and appropriate standards of behaviour.

• Reversum has the right to charge guests for intentional damage or damage caused by the misuse of items.

• Reversum is not liable for any damage (personal or equipment) caused by misuse of the game room or by not following the rules of the game as described and indicated before the game.

• During the activity, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs, videos or similar.

• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in the activities. Reversum reserves the right of admission.

• You are solely responsible for entering your details correctly in the booking form.

• The booking is automatically cancelled if the group does not show up or is not present within the first 15 minutes of the game. In such a situation, given the nature and peculiarities of the booking, the money is non-refundable.

• Once the booking has been made, no refunds are allowed, so the amount is non-refundable. If an unforeseen circumstance arises and with a minimum of 48 hours notice, we offer the possibility of changing the booking to another available session within 2 months, but the amount of the session will never be refunded.

• In the event of fewer participants attending than the number of participants contracted, no refund will be made.
